All purchases of iPv6 Builder are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record.
1. Right to Cancel (14 Days)
If you are a consumer located in the United Kingdom, the European Union, or any other jurisdiction that provides consumer cancellation rights, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase, without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and Paddle’s Invoiced Consumer Terms.
2. Digital Product Delivery
iPv6 Builder is a digital software product delivered electronically immediately after purchase.
After successful payment:
The Windows executable file (.exe) becomes available for download, and
A unique software license key is delivered electronically.
The immediate delivery of the digital product does not affect your 14-day right to cancel.
3. Refund Processing (Merchant of Record)
All payments and refunds are handled exclusively by Paddle as the Merchant of Record.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, in accordance with Paddle’s refund processing timelines and the Paddle Invoiced Consumer Terms.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day cancellation period, customers should use the refund or cancellation instructions provided in their Paddle purchase receipt, or contact Paddle support directly via the receipt.
